Job Duties
Repair and Maintain campus facilities
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in commercial plumbing
Skilled in troubleshooting repairing and installing plumbing systems and components
Demonstrated ability to read system drawings
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to give and follow instructions
Demonstrated ability to interact well with administrators faculty staff students and the general public.
Must be available to work both day and evening hours.
Must possess a valid drivers license.
High school diploma or equivalent combination training and education that provides the requisite knowledge skills and abilities.
Must have significant number of years of experience in plumbing skills.
Must possess a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
Additional Considerations
Extensive experience and knowledge of complex plumbing industry standards
Backflow Prevention Device Testers License
Associates Mechanical Degree or Technical Plumbing Certification or Military plumbing experience
