The Role
We are seeking an experienced FEL Operator to support underground mining operations on King Island.
You will operate a Volvo L120 front end loader to assist with materials handling load and haul activities and general underground support tasks helping ensure safe and efficient site operations in a remote mining environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate Volvo L120 FEL in underground and surface support roles
- Load move and distribute materials aggregates and equipment
- Support shotcrete development and production crews as required
- Carry out daily machine inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Ensure safe operating practices in line with site procedures
- Maintain clean and organised work areas and equipment
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience operating FELs in mining or heavy industrial environments
- Experience on Volvo L120 or similar loader highly regarded
- Valid tickets/licences as required for mobile plant operations
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Pass pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
- Police clearance within 6 months
