About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with handson experience working with metal or steel products within a manufacturing environment.Youll be operating machinery following safety and quality procedures and contributing to efficient production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up operate and monitor slitter and folder machines to cut and fold sheet metal according to specifications
• Adjust machine settings including blade alignment thickness folding angles and speeds to meet job requirements
• Perform routine machine checks to maintain optimal performance and quality standards
• Follow strict safety and quality procedures during all operations
• Work collaboratively within the team and communicate effectively to support production goals

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a Slitter Folder Operator or similar manufacturing role (desirable)
• Experience working with steel and/or metal products (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good time management and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Problemsolving mindset with willingness to suggest process improvements
• Reliable transport and current Drivers Licence
• Forklift Licence required
• White Card required
