Project Engineer (mfd)

From the steel in our first reinforced bridge in 1903 to railway sensors we work with government authorities asset owners construction companies and design offices to support their infrastructure projects. We are strengthening our Team for Wind Towers & Monitoring Systems at our Fuenlabrada (Madrid) location and are looking for a

Project Engineer (m/f/d).

In this function you take over the coordination and execution of projects in the wind energy and structural monitoring sectors covering technical support planning field operations and commercial oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage projects from initial customer request through planning execution and completion

Provide technical support and pre-sales consulting; prepare quotations and process orders

Review technical drawings and perform material take-offs

Plan resources schedules and deployment of installation teams in coordination with production and subcontractors

Coordinate installation commissioning and maintenance of monitoring systems on structures

Oversee field operations including inspections using rope access robotic and platform-based methods

Monitor project progress costs and timelines; ensure adherence to quality standards

Maintain continuous communication with customers subcontractors and internal stakeholders

Track project costs invoicing and payments; drive cost optimization

Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and commercial project documentation

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Civil Engineering

(First) professional work experience preferably in structural projects

Ability to read technical drawings

Knowledge of materials and relevant standards

Commercial skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a team with a deep sense of commitment

Very familiar with MS Office and ideally also with an integrated ERP solution

Fluent in Spanish and English
