ClaimsPro is Canadas largest independent adjusting firm looking for a relationshipdriven Business Development professionalto grow our presence with insurers brokers and claims professionals. This role encompasses responsibility to ensure that ClaimsPro remains competitive and well positioned in the marketplace for Clients in the Prairies and Territories and Vancouver regions.

This role is ideal for someone early to midcareer who wants ownership of their success meaningful exposure across the industry and uncapped earning potential.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with brokers and insurers

• Meet with both prospective and existing clients to understand:

  • Whats working

  • Whats missing

  • Where we can add value to improve outcomes

• Travel regularly to meet clients in person and attend industry events conferences and networking functions

• Capture insights from meetings and translate them into clear detailed outlines of each clients needs for operations

• Establish structured followup plans and track progress through consistent engagement

• Act as one of the key connections between the client and our operations team to ensure expectations are understood and delivered at all levels

Who You Are

• A person with business development experience in the Insurance Industry

• A strong communicator who builds trust quickly and naturally

• Comfortable and confident in meetings presentations and social settings

• Organized and detailoriented you turn conversations into action

• Curious by nature; you ask the right questions and listen closely

• Selfmotivated and disciplined with strong followthrough

• Enjoy travel and representing a company externally

• Experience in insurance claims adjusting or professional services is an asset attitude work ethic and relationship skills matter most

What We offer

• Competitive salary - $80000 to $120000 annual base salary plus commission
