Personal Lines Sales Agent/Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Sales Agent/Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients by handling standard personal lines accounts managing call-ins and converting warm leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset excellent communication skills and a proven track record in personal lines insurance. This is an in-office position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65000 - $85000 (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities
- Quote and manage new and renewal business for standard personal lines accounts ranging from $1000 to $50000 in size.
- Handle incoming client inquiries and warm leads ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales targets and contribute to the departments success.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance and sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Outgoing personality strong sales mindset excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
