Supplier Services Analyst

Join the Supplier Services Departmentand play a critical role in driving our data acquisition strategyalongside key data supplier partners. The Supplier Services organizationsits at the heart of the pharmaceutical and medical supply chainensuring seamless access to RX and sales datathat empowers our retailers and wholesalersto make informed impactful decisions.

In this role you will serve as one of the departments trusted subject matter experts (SME)for our core data and reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with account teams to shape and deliver highvalue clientready solutions ensuring every deliverable meets strict business standards including confidentiality and data integrity. As a visible representative of Supplier Services you will stay ahead of data issues enhancements and industry changessharing insights and representing the team in crosscompany stakeholder discussions.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver timely highquality highimpact information servicesto clientfacing teams and their customers.
• Build deep expertise in the pharmaceutical marketplace spanning both traditional pharma and innovative nontraditional supplier uses of IQVIA data.
• Apply analytical thinking and quantitative skills to create custom customerspecific solutionsthat address complex business challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating databases and deliverables proactively identifying and resolving anomalies.
• Translate business needs into actionable outputs by gathering requirements developing custom deliverables fulfilling report requests and responding to customer inquiries with minimal supervision.
• Support the departments Helpdesk and serve as an escalation pointfor complex issues and exceptions.
• Uphold rigorous standards for quality accuracy and ontime deliveryacross all outputs.
• Quickly learn new tools and processes continuously expanding your technical and industry skillset.
• Mentor and support less experienced colleagues contributing to a collaborative highperforming team.
• Stay current on pharmaceutical industry trends with a strong focus on Retailers Mail Service Pharmacy Benefit Managers and Wholesalers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required.
• 3 years related experience (business analysis customer service) required.
• Willing to work hybrid schedulefrom King of Prussia PA office (2-4 days per month).
• Demonstrated problem solving analytical and customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Office products (Excel Word PowerPoint) required.
• Experience working within the healthcare industryis highly preferred.
• Experience with IQVIA data/products AND/OR experience with business intelligence tools(E.g Business Objects Web Intelligence (WEBI) required.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within the pharmaceutical marketplace.
