Material Control Specialist

Were looking for a precise Material Control Specialist to keep our materials moving safely and punctually. Youll manage material handling and order fulfillment endtoend uphold cGMP and safety standards and partner closely with planners and quality to resolve issues fast. If youre organized and confident in a regulated environment this role is for you.

Please NOTE: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. There may be minimum overtime and after-hours on-call support required.

What youll do

• Material operations: Raw material sampling in a downflow booth; handle sample and retain programs; prepare bulk drug substance for shipment.

• Data and systems: UseRaman enter/review data inLIMS and updateSAP; drive accuracy and traceability.

• Quality leadership: Leaddeviationschange controls andCAPAactivities; ensure compliance withcGMPSafety Health & Environment andSarbanesOxleyprocedures.

• Delivery focus: Implement standard processes to deliver producton time and in full; identify and implementcontinuous improvementopportunities.

• Crossfunctional teamwork: Join regular meetings with planners and partners; align on raw material receipt issues; provide afterhours oncall support when needed.

• Crosstraining: Support selected warehouse tasks/systems and other material management functions.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma

• 2-5 years material control/handling experience

• 2-5 years cGMP experience

Desirable:

• Drivers license

• D.O.T. certification

• Forklift certification

• Ability to prioritize work requirements must be well organized and able to manage time efficiently and must have a strong sense of responsibility

• Microsoft Office

• SAP

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $65153.60 - 97730.40 ($31.32-$46.99 hr.) Our positions offer eligibility for various incentivesan opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
