Baystate Health a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety and home to Baystate Medical Practices the largest multispecialty group in the region is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Womens Health Division
Functions independently to assess develop and implement plan of care.
Provides independent quality triage and patient care utilizing strong assessment skills point of care testing and quality assurance checks.
Establishes plan of care sets priorities and implements the plan of care with patient/family and team/provider input.
Builds on knowledge and experience to include more diagnoses and complicated medical patients.
Demonstrates respect and advocates for the patients rights values and belief systems.
Understands social and cultural differences that might impede patient care.
Perform daily scheduled patient nurse visits Perform OBIs New patient chart navigation and Perform daily post op calls.
Monitor/work all clinical and prescription pools.
May assist in visits and procedures for patients seeking abortion services or services for pregnancy loss such as collecting supplies printing consents organizing instruments medications and/or assisting during insertion of cervical dilators for surgical abortion procedures.
Required Work Experience:
Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
Minimum of 2years of nursing experience
Experience in a womens health strongly preferred
Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff.

Location -3300 Main Street 4th floor
FT Monday- Friday - No Weekends No Holidays -
M-F 8:30-5PM
