Corporate Securities Attorney

Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom

We are currently seeking a Corporate SecuritiesAttorney to work with a publicly-traded company onsite in Phoenix Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Advise the Board of Directors and executive leadership on corporate governance matters including fiduciary duties board processes and best practices.
• Corporate secretarial work for a publicly traded company.
• Draft review and maintain corporate governance documents including bylaws charters policies resolutions and committee materials.
• Support public company compliance obligations including proxy statements annual meetings SEC filings and disclosure requirements.
• Oversee entity management corporate records and subsidiary governance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in corporate governance securities or public company representation
• Strong knowledge of corporate law SEC regulations proxy rules and board governance practices.
• Actively licensed and in good standing in a U.S. state.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $00 per year and for non-attorney roles is $ per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors including but not limited to experience skills certifications location and business needs.
