National Law Firm Project Finance / M&A Associate (37 Years)
A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Project Finance / M&A Associate in Atlanta.
This is a strong opportunity for an associate interested in energy and infrastructure transactions with a mix of project finance and M&A work on sophisticated high-value deals.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting energy and infrastructure project finance transactions
- Working on M&A deals within the energy and infrastructure space
- Drafting and negotiating primary deal documents
- Managing key aspects of transactions with increasing responsibility
- Collaborating with a national team on complex matters
What Theyre Looking For
- 37 years of experience in project finance and/or M&A
- Experience drafting and negotiating core transaction documents
- Interest in energy and infrastructure-related work
- Strong analytical writing and communication skills
- Ability to take on meaningful responsibility in deal execution
