100% Clinical Outpatient Practice

Summary

This outpatient-only physician position offers a fully clinical practice focused exclusively on ambulatory care with a dedicated hospitalist team managing all inpatient responsibilities. Only one holiday phone call coverage per year and no hospital coverage allowing for a strong work-life balance and a streamlined clinical focus

Schedule

• Full-time - 36 total hours per week

• Flexible scheduling 4 or 4.5 days per week

• Approx 1:12 outpatient call phone calls only

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$270000 - $390000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
