Were seeking a detail-drivenAP Specialistto support high-volume invoice processing and vendor management within our growing accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile high-volume hospital invoices
- Perform invoice coding to general ledger accounts
- Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with AP policies and internal controls
- Assist with monthly close
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills (data review reconciliation reporting)
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Dynamics SL experience is a plus
