Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or are looking to start a new career in sales we provide the training support and opportunity to help you succeed. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills a positive attitude and the drive to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This position offers a competitive compensation package with salary commission and monthly bonus opportunities.

Expected Earnings: $60000 $100000 annually

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Understand customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Become knowledgeable on GMC Buick and Cadillac vehicle features technology and available packages
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude each day

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Previous experience with VinSolutions a plus
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
