An AmLaw 100 law firm is looking to add a junior associate to its Intellectual Property Litigation team in Seattle.
If youre interested in building real litigation experience in patent and trademark mattersand want to be part of a team where youre actually involved in the work not just supporting from the sidelinesthis is a great opportunity.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll be working on a range of IP litigation matters including patent and trademark disputes in federal courts across the country. The role is very hands-on and includes drafting briefs managing written discovery preparing claim charts working with experts and participating in depositions and trial prep.
You may also have the opportunity to get involved in matters before the PTAB or ITC depending on your interests and experience.
What Theyre Looking For
24 years of IP litigation experience
Experience with patent and/or trademark litigation
Strong writing and analytical skills (this is key)
Ability to manage multiple aspects of litigation matters
Interest in developing deeper litigation experience
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted in Washington or eligible to waive in
