Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture and implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or GCP.
• Lead the design deployment and management of largescale Kubernetes clusters supporting highvolume workloads (tens of thousands of TPS) with 99.999% reliability.
• Set the DevOps strategy standards and best practices across teams promoting automation performance and operational maturity.
• Build and optimize endtoend CI/CD pipelines enabling automated testing security validation and flawless deployments.
• Establish and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring logging and alerting platforms (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK CloudWatch).
• Lead operational reviews incident analysis and resilience strategies for missioncritical services.
• Manage and mentor DevOps engineers fostering a culture of innovation ownership and technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering architecture and product teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

• 3 years of experience managing and developing engineering teams.
• 8 years of experience in DevOps Cloud Architecture Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
• Deep handson expertise in AWS (EC2 EKS IAM S3 RDS Lambda etc.).
• Proven experience running productiongrade Kubernetes environments at scale.
• Strong proficiency in scripting (e.g. Bash Python) and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible).
• Solid understanding of networking security best practices containerization and cloud automation.
