Automotive Accounting Associate

BobBoyte Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Accounting Associate to join our team in Biloxi MS. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department in daily operations. This position offers a competitive salary range of $30000.00 to $50000.00 (based on experience) per year and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and reputable automotive group.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices reconcile statements and assist in month-end closing activities.
• Support payroll processing and tax documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in audits and compliance activities as required.
• Perform general bookkeeping duties and maintain organized financial files.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Previous experience in accounting bookkeeping or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
