Hourly Weekly Commission Top Performers Earn $80K$110K

A Day in the Life

Work at popular event locations bothindoors and outdoors

Engage the public inenergetic face-to-face conversations

Create excitement around travel and vacation ownership

Invite and incentivize qualified guests to attend a sales preview

Earnhourly pay weekly commissions bonuses

Work rotating schedules includingweekends evenings and special events

Top performers consistently earn$80K$110K per year.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Serve as a positive professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations

Greet present to and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales preview

Engage and qualify guests based on company guidelines

Make tour reservations and collect required deposits

Additional Responsibilities

Present and incentivize customers in compliance with company policies while maintaining performance standards(80%)

Attend all required meetings and training sessions; stay current on marketing info trends and performance goals(20%)

Minimum Requirements

Sales customer service retail hospitality events or marketing experience preferred butnot required

Must be willing to workweekendsvaried shifts events and changing locations

Must be comfortable workingoutdoors and indoors

Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Equivalent experience may be considered in place of formal education

Knowledge & Skills

Highly social outgoing engaging personality

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented shared-space environment

Comfortable using tablets computers and smart devices
