The Location
The Role
As a Personal Care Worker youll provide assistance to our residents ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing independence interests and choices.
We are looking for candidates with night duty availability for a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday (excl. Saturday) between 22:15 - 06:00 and 22:15 - 06:30.
- To provide high quality safe and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs safe mobility and transfers and complete documentation.

- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
To be successful you will have:
- Experience as a Care Worker in Aged Care (Highly Regarded)
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport Birth Certificate etc)
- Complete a police check
