We are currently searching for a Test Lead Manual (SQL):

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all QA activities across the STLC including requirement analysis test planning design execution and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans and scripts specifically focused on backend database validation and integration.
• Perform advanced backend testing scenarios including data integrity stored procedures triggers and database performance.
• Execute rigorous SQL query testing to ensure precise data handling across various platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end QA process for complex web applications using exploratory functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev Product Ops) to identify analyze and resolve defects effectively.
• Monitor and report quality metrics and project status to key stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce QA best practices and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• 810 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on backend and database validation.
• Expertise in writing and executing complex SQL queries (Oracle MySQL and/or SQL Server).
• Strong knowledge of STLC principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Proven ability to test backend components including stored procedures and triggers.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
