Site Superintendent: High-Rise
Site Superintendent role with an experienced Vancouver based Developer-Builder with over 30 years of local success. You will be building a 35 storey tower with amenity spaces and a wood-frame rental building. There is also a future phase which could keep you on the same site for 6 years if approved.

Upcoming Project
- 35 storey tower on a massive underground parkade with commercial spaces a daycare and an adjacent wood-frame rental building
- Location: Coquitlam
- The project has recently broken ground and the selected candidate will start ASAP
- Phase 2 is in the planning stage and could add another 2-3 years to the build out if it proceeds as planned
- Lead weekly trade anddaily team meetings
- Report consistently with the to Senior Superintendent and SeniorProject Manager
- Mentor and support the site staff including theProject Coordinator CSO and Assistant Superintendents
- Support and empower the Finishing Superintendent once they are added to the project
- Upon joining you with get caught up on the blueprints and gradually take over all scopes from the Senior Superintendent; eventually taking full ownership of theproject so the Senior Superintendent can support value engineering and pre-construction on the upcomingphaseand future projects
- You will manage theSuperintendent who will lead the wood-frame rental apartment
- Lead the strong trades team through detailed scheduling and trade coordination
- Experience leading 1 or 2 full-cycle concrete towers (10 stories) from start-to-finish
- Willing to report to a Sr Superintendent and proving you can handle the project with less supervision for phase 2
- Skilled in leadership clear and polite communication a positive attitude stress management andhow to lead trades
- Physically capable of walking this large site daily
- Software skills: MS Project Procore Bluebeam and Excel
- A history of successful project in BC and a strong knowledge of the local codes challenges and requirements
- Experience leading wood-frame multi-family projects is an asset
- Strong references & ahistory of tenure
- Salary: $160000 - $175000
- Project Completion Bonus
