Daily Operations
Staff management
Customer service for restoration and constriction projects
Managing job files
Support production crews to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Direct daily office operations including coordinating staff schedules and overseeing job management software.
- Customer Service: First point of contact for clients handling calls and managing customer satisfaction.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit train and motivate staff such as Office Coordinators crew etc.
Common Qualifications & Expectations
- Experience: Previous experience in office management ideally within construction or restoration service industries.
- Skills: excellent communication skills.
- Environment: Fast-paced environment often balancing multiple restoration jobs simultaneously
Previous Servpro experience is preferred
Knowledge of some industry common software is preferred
