Relocation Coordinator (Part Time) Cougill Senior Apartments- Charleston, IL

KMG Prestige is seeking a Relocation Coordinator in Charleston IL at Cougill Senior Apartments who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills. The Relocation Coordinator will be responsible for preparing leases for transfers managing the construction schedule and scheduling moves accordingly handling tenant notices within URA guidelines verifying utilities have been transferred and more.

What we are looking for:

• Property management experience preferred
• Relocation Coordinator experience
• Superior customer service
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Administrative experience
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
