Step Into Your New Role
Kleinfelder is seeking a Division Energy Market Leader to join our East Division Leadership Team and lead our Power and Oil & Gas Market growth strategy. This role will involve managing all aspects of oil and gas electric utility clients and clients engaged in renewable energy sources.
This is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere along the Mid-Atlantic to Northeastern coast (just to name a few office locations):
- Richmond VA
- Baltimore MD
- Hunt Valley MD
- Exton PA
- Pittsburgh PA
- Dover DE
- Hamilton NJ
- Rocky Hill CT
- Boston MA
- Portland ME
Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding and communicating the regulatory and economic market drivers that impact the Energy Market and identifying the clients partnerships and projects that will provide stable growth for Kleinfelder.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for growth which includes the development of the one-three-and five-year strategic plans inclusive of markets and clients.
- Train and mentor client account managers in the development of new and existing clients.
- Act as an account manager for select clients.
- Key areas of focus include:
- Developing business.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Forging strategic partnerships.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on proposals.
- Consistently represent the companys professional standards and serve as a positive ambassador both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering environmental science or related field.
- 15 years of leadership experience within the Power / O&G Market.
- 5 years of experience managing business development within the Power / O&G Market.
- Professional registration preferred.
- Proficient with utilizing CRM sales funnel and client account plans.

The expected salary range for the position is displayedin accordance with the statesPay Equity Transparency Law.Finalagreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and range: $133000-$237000.
