Available shifts vary apply to learn more aboutWhy Work at MCCCompetitive hourly rate: $20.00-21.50/hourShift differential2nd - $1.503rd - $1.85Comprehensive benefits package including:Medical dental vision disability and life insurance401(k) with company participationPaid holidays:New Years Day Memorial Day July 4th Labor DayThanksgiving & Day After ThanksgivingChristmas Eve & Christmas DayTwo floating holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling & InventorySafely operate materialhandling equipment including forklifts and clamp move stage and transfer raw materials WIP and finished with RF scanners to receive move and adjust inbound and outbound substrate receipts against actual quantities products stored in paper inventory and coating area partial skids for proper packaging and complete transfer the transfer of finished goods into over finished work when production constraints shipping supplies and notify shipping office of low proper handling and storage of substrates and packaging & ReceivingPick pull scan and build shipments using pick sheets and RF scan special skids and related packaging materials as and unload inbound and outbound trucks and verify skid and carton skids accurately with skid number box count weight and destination shipping documentation including pick sheets transfer reports and required customer specifications are followed per ship request or and load empty skids and tops for & Workflow SupportRead and understand job tickets and layouts to ensure correct product production schedules accurately to maximize workflow with associates across boxes for mislabeling and potential with WIP and inventory job tracking and payroll information accurately in Quality & Continuous ImprovementComply with all plant and corporate safety rules GMPs and all safety concerns daily housekeeping and clean work with preventative maintenance and equipment with baling waste disposal and waste stream mark and document waste HourbyHour boards in SQDC and process improvement 6S and Lean with shoveling and salting when duties as school diploma or equivalent training and experience (612 months).Forklift experience required; RF scan gun experience to operate materialhandling math reading and computer interpersonal and communication of inventory control and shipping/receiving is a to meet or exceed performance metrics for the Requirements & Work EnvironmentManufacturing environment requiring PPE including safety shoes and safety to stand and walk frequently; may be on feet 812 hours per lifting or moving up to 50 use of hands reaching with arms grasping pushing pulling bending stooping kneeling crouching crawling climbing and to paper dust and repetitive to loud noise requirements include close distance color peripheral vision depth perception and focus accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
