We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead commercial construction projects across a diverse portfolio of works.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing site operations on commercial builds ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard.

Projects include:
Schools hospitals aged care facilities warehouses apartments aquatic centres and more requiring a strong all-round commercial plumbing background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead plumbing teams onsite
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage project timelines and site productivity
• Liaise with builders clients and internal teams

About You

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman
• Strong commercial construction background (must have broad project exposure)
• Confident leading teams and coordinating trades
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership ability
