Position Overview
Our client a well-established and growing glass company in the Malvern PA area is seeking an experiencedLead Glass & Mirror Installer to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship leadership and customer service.This role offers strong growth potential within a supportive expansion-focused organization. Must have over 3 years of hands on experience with glass installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation of frameless shower doors
- Fabricate and install custom glass and mirrors
- Perform glass repairs
- Accurately measure projects prior to fabrication and installation
- Install storefront aluminum and glass systems (a strong plus as company expands into this market)
- Provide professional communication with customers and team members
- Maintain safe jobsite practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of glazing experience
- Strong experience with frameless shower door installation
- Ability to fabricate and install glass products independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Passion for hands-on work
