Job Summary
A well-establish organic produce company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join their fast-paced team based in Anaheim. This role provides essential behind-the-scenes support to the sales team and customers ensuring smooth order processing accurate reconciliations and hands-on participation across sales accounting warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment has strong organizational skills and is comfortable contributing wherever needed in our warehouse/distribution setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships with clients via phone email and in-person interactions.
- Perform accurate order entry into our system including entering new orders updates and special requests from sales reps and customers.
- Conduct order reconciliation verify orders against shipments invoices and receipts to ensure accuracy catch discrepancies and resolve billing/fulfillment issues.
- Offer sales support by assisting sales team with quote preparation order tracking customer follow-ups and sales reporting.
- Assist with accounting support tasks such as invoice processing payment tracking credit checks and basic accounts receivable/payable duties.
- Participate in warehouse and logistics activities as needed including order picking/packing verification inventory checks loading support shipment coordination and general facility operations to keep product flowing smoothly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales accounting warehouse logistics) to maintain efficiency and high service levels.
- Handle additional administrative tasks and special projects to support overall company goals.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support customer service order processing or administrative roles preferably in produce food distribution wholesale logistics or related industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially with numbers and data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook); experience with order management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills clear phone presence and professional email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced physical warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work on-site.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in across departments.
Physical Requirements
This role involves a mix of office/desk work and hands-on warehouse participation. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally stand/walk for extended periods and work in a refrigerated/cold environment as needed.
