The Holiday Inn Express in York Nebraska is looking for a reliable friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences wed love to meet you.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Must be available for nights and weekends
- Pay: $16$17 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming and professional attitude
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Work closely with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
