You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets expenses ordering supplies answering calls and emails.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships withthose you support
- Perform duties as needed related to budget expenses and purchasing processes
- Answer calls and emails responding to queries and requests appropriately
- Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
- Coordinate all logistics for travel events meetings training etc. where required

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $77600 to $106700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance wellness and family support programs life and disability insurance retirement savings plans paid leave programs education related programs paid holidays and vacation time.
