Key Responsibilities:
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with TLEs curriculum
Use positive guidance techniques and connection-based classroom management
Build trusting relationships with children families and team members
Maintain classroom cleanliness organization and licensing compliance
Observe and communicate developmental milestones and daily updates with families
Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to create a joyful school culture
Model kindness patience professionalism and strong moral character in every interaction

Ability to lift bend sit on the floor and actively engage with children throughout the day
Must meet all state licensing requirements
