Key Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with TLEs curriculum
- Use positive guidance techniques and connection-based classroom management
- Build trusting relationships with children families and team members
- Maintain classroom cleanliness organization and licensing compliance
- Observe and communicate developmental milestones and daily updates with families
- Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to create a joyful school culture
- Model kindness patience professionalism and strong moral character in every interaction

- DCF 45 hours completed or willingness to complete upon hire
- CDA FCCPC or Early Childhood coursework preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift bend sit on the floor and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Must meet all state licensing requirements
