Job Summary:
Were seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Counter Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience a strong mechanical understanding and a team-oriented mindset.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver excellent service to mechanics and customers by answering calls assisting at the counter and coordinating parts delivery
• Manage the full lifecycle of parts ordersfrom receiving and stocking to picking packaging shipping and inventory counts
• Accurately record sales and delivery information to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate incoming units for installation and support related processes
• Maintain a clean organized and efficient parts department
• Operate a forklift for loading unloading and moving materials as needed
• Occasionally travel to customer and prospective client locations while maintaining safe driving practices
• Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe compliant work environment
• Step in to support additional tasks as needed to help the team and department succeed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a parts counter role preferably within a dealership or heavy equipment environment.
• Strong knowledge of parts and mechanical components.
• Ability to operate a forklift to load and unload pallets and when otherwise necessary.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to existing customers and/or prospective client locations.
• Proficiency in using parts catalogs and inventory management systems.
• Compliance with all auto safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
