What Youll Do:

As a People Business Partner for Data Center Operations youll enable leaders to make data-driven people decisions that support execution and own and drive core people processes balancing executional rigor with speed. Youll identify patterns early surface insights quickly and help leaders course-correct before people challenges impact focus of this role is reducing friction increasing clarity and amplifying leadership impact as the organization scales.

About the role:

This role sits at the center of Data Center Operations supporting leaders through a period of rapid growth and change. You operate as a pragmatic people partnerbuilding scalable practices coaching leaders through challenges and removing obstacles that slow teams down.

The role blends sound judgment and business acumen with a bias for action shaping initiatives that improve organizational health and employee experience. This role also includes travel (about 35%) to Data Center sites to build and maintain strong relationships with site leaders.

Success in this role means turning people priorities into practical high-value solutions that help teams operate effectively and scale with confidence. Were looking for an experienced People Business Partner familiar with supporting data center operations or similar environments and is comfortable supporting fast-paced frontline and sitebased teams.

Who You Are:

  • Strong judgment on complex people scenarios including employee relations and workplace issues with a track record of partnering with Legal/ER as needed to find appropriate outcomes quickly.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and turn messy input from multiple sites into clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Balance business needs and employee experience using critical thinking and situational discernment; this role is neither a strict policy enforcer or an uncritical yes person.
  • Collaborative style that builds trust quickly with both leaders and employees.
  • Energized by being close to the operationcomfortable walking sites talking with technicians and presenting themes to senior leaders.
  • Ability to drive on talent management practices - including performance review cycles - upholding company standards and prioritizing fairness and consistency.

The base salary range for this role is $98000 to $143000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
