Full-Time Outpatient Only No Weekends No Hospital Call

Arthritis Consultants of Tidewater is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our established physician-led rheumatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled APP who values autonomy with a collaborative specialty environment clinical complexity and long-term patient relationships.

Position Overview

Manage a panel of established rheumatology patients

Evaluate and treat autoimmune and inflammatory conditions

Prescribe and manage DMARDs and biologic therapies

Order and Interpret labs and imaging

Perform joint injections

Collaborate on complex cases with supervising physicians

EMR-based documentation

Outpatient-only setting

Compensation Structure

Competitive guaranteed base salary ($105k-$145k)

Productivity-based quarterly bonus

Ideal Candidate

2 years APP experience (rheumatology a plus)

Experience managing complex chronic disease a plus

Comfortable with immunosuppressive and biologic therapy

Efficient independent clinical decision maker

Licensed NP or PA-C in Virginia
