Executive Assistant to the COO

Savas Software/Lifekind Health is seeking a highly experienced proactive and adaptable Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role requires a strategic partner who can operate effectively in a fluid fast-moving environment anticipate needs and help drive operational efficiency at the executive level.

The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting C-suite executives thrives in ambiguity and brings a high level of professionalism discretion and organizational excellence.

Location: This position works on-site 5 days/week in our Scottsdale office.

About the position:

• Serve as a trusted partner to the COO managing day-to-day administrative and operational needs
• Coordinate complex calendars meetings and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings presentations and strategic initiatives
• Track key priorities follow-ups and action items to ensure alignment and execution
• Assist with internal communications and cross-functional coordination
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Support special projects and initiatives as needed in a fast-evolving environment
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives (COO CEO or equivalent)
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced fluid and ambiguous environments
• Exceptional organizational time management and prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism integrity and discretion
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and calendar management tools
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare or technology industries preferred
