Seeking 2nd Class MIG Welders Ongoing Work $42$54.60/hr OT Lansdale
Ongoing longterm roles with huge overtime and strong shift penalties.
Whats on Offer
- $42$54.60/hr super (depending on shift)
- Ongoing work not project based
- 7day operation BIG overtime
- Structured training on day shift
- Afternoon & night shift loadings once competent

Shifts & Pay Rates
All candidates begin on Day Shift for training.
- Day: 5am 1pm $42/hr super
- Afternoon: 1pm 9pm $48.30/hr super
About the Role
Working within a dedicated team on a pile/cage manufacturing machine you will:
- Perform MIG welding (mandatory)
- Handweld first 23 coils before machine automation
- Weld the final joint at the end of each cage
- Support the operator with machine setup and data entry
- Feed bar/wire into the machine (light manual handling)
- Work alongside overhead crane operators loading rebar
What Were Looking For
Must Have:
- 2nd Class Welder
- Strong MIG welding experience
- Confident with basic computer input
- Full welding experience (no TA/upskilling roles)
Highly Regarded:
- Pile bar or cage machine experience
- Rebar/prefab/steel manufacturing background
- Gantry or overhead crane experience
- Experience from AusReo Infrabuild SPC RCPA or similar
PPE Requirements
You must supply:
- Welding helmet
- Hard hat
- Steel caps
- Long sleeves & long trousers
Provided on site:
- Safety glasses
- Ear plugs
