About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Expert Embedded Test Architect Software Platforms to support the development and validation of embedded software systems within a collaborative agile environment. This role is focused on strengthening software quality practices across the lifecycle of embedded platforms used in advanced transport solutions.

You will play a key role in driving test strategy improving automation capabilities and ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including software developers system architects and quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for embedded software platforms

• Validate embedded software and hardware against functional performance and safety requirements

• Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage

• Work with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems to support integration and system-level validation

• Identify analyze and track defects ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement

• Promote best practices in software quality testing methodologies and test automation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle

• Support knowledge sharing and mentor team members on testing tools frameworks and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience

• Strong background in embedded systems testing particularly within automotive or similar domains

• Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments

• Proven track record of developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools

• Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles and lifecycle processes

• Experience working in agile development environments
