The role
Elockers is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is eager to learn grow and build a strong foundation in sales within the live events and technology space.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects to strengthen our sales pipeline as we continue to expand internationally. As our first dedicated BDR you will help open new conversations and generate opportunities across festivals venues stadiums and entertainment spaces.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales and receive hands-on coaching and support as you develop.
Your responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth within your target markets
Work closely with the Head of Sales to define target account lists and execute outreach campaigns
Manage inbound leads while proactively building and qualifying outbound prospect lists
Conduct high-volume outreach activities daily (calls emails LinkedIn follow-ups)
Maintain accurate and structured CRM documentation (activities insights next steps)
Identify prospects operational challenges timelines budgets and growth ambitions
Understand their current locker or venue infrastructure setup and visitor flow
Qualify opportunities and hand them over to the commercial team
Support selected deals throughout the sales cycle when needed
Contribute ideas to improve and refine our commercial playbook as we grow
Job requirements
At elockers we believe learning and development are part of every role. You dont need to know everything from day one but you do need to be ambitious proactive and eager to grow. Were looking for someone who:
Has ideally 02 years of experience in sales pre-sales inside sales or a commercial role
Is interested in events live entertainment technology or B2B sales
Is comfortable making calls and handling high volumes of outreach
Has basic familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar
Has strong time management and organisational skills
Can work independently and take ownership of their targets
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is native Dutch and fluent in English

A salary between 3000 and 3500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek)
Travel allowance of 0.23 per kilometer (from a minimum commuting distance of 7.5 km)
25 vacation days ( public holidays) per year
