チームをサポートしながら自らも営業活動を行いラグジュアリーブランドとして最高品質のサービスと顧客体験を提供するポジションです
主な業務内容 営業活動新規既存
- 新規顧客獲得を目的とした営業活動の企画および実行
問い合わせ対応紹介リードへのアプローチ等 - 新規顧客との商談対応および長期的な関係構築
- 既存顧客との関係を維持強化しリピート利用およびアップセルを促進
- 顧客ニーズのヒアリングおよび最適なイベントF&Bサービス提案
セールスイベント業務
- イベント内容に応じた提案書見積書契約書の作成および最終確認
- バンケットイベントオーダーBEOの作成および社内共有
- ショールーム見学の対応施設サービス内容の説明
- オフサイトケータリングや外部F&Bサービスに関する営業調整
チーム社内連携
- Event Assistant 等チームメンバーへの業務指示および日常的な指導支援
- キッチンサービスオペレーション等の関連部署との調整連携
- 売上進捗リードコミッション等の管理およびシステム入力
ブランド品質管理
- ラグジュアリーブランドとしてのイメージを意識した営業活動および顧客対応
- 高品質なフードビバレッジサービス体験の提供に向けた継続的な改善提案
English Position Summary
As a Sales Supervisor you will lead sales activities related to events and F&B services with a strong focus on new business development as well as growing existing client relationships.
This role is hands-on and requires proactive client engagement sales leadership and a clear commitment to delivering exceptional experiences in line with our luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities Sales & New Business Development
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through various sales channels
(inquiries referrals and lead follow-ups) - Conduct sales meetings with new clients and build long-term business relationships
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling
- Understand client requirements and take ownership of proposing tailored event and F&B solutions
Event & F&B Sales Operations
- Prepare review and finalize sales documentation
(proposals quotations contracts banquet & event orders) - Create and manage BEOs and ensure clear internal communication
- Host showroom visits and present facilities services and event capabilities
- Manage sales coordination for off-site catering and external F&B services
Team & Internal Coordination
- Support and guide Event Assistants and other team members with daily tasks and priorities
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution
- Monitor sales performance leads commissions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Brand & Service Standards
- Conduct all sales activities with a strong focus on brand image and service excellence
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the quality of guest experience and service delivery

Working Hours: Shift-based 8 hours per day 60-minute break
Days Off: 810 days per month (115 days annually)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Expected Salary: JPY /month (determined based on experience and expectation)
Bonus: Equivalent to 4 months (paid semi-annually in June and December)

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience
- Japanese (Native or equivalent level)
