Summer Maintenance Groundskeeper

In this position you will be an important member of the Maintenance operations team. You will operate within Marvins team-based environment and be responsible for the seasonal maintenance of our grounds at Marvin properties as well as preventative maintenance on equipment used to successfully reach our goals. The position is responsible for performing basic indoor and outdoor maintenance.

• Working safely by following all safety requirements
• Mowing grounds (18 & older)
• Watering flowers
• Weed control
• Maintaining trees and shrubs
• Painting
• Shoveling
• Raking
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work well independently with a focus to get things done
• Versatility flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Strong focus for customer service
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn general maintenance and care of yard equipment

Schedule:Base hours Monday Friday 8:30am 4:30pm but need to be flexible due to weather.
