As a Campus Director youll lead the campus in fulfilling our mission and vision - overseeing day-to-day operations driving growth through strategic planning creative sales and community relationship-building and shaping a school culture where students families and staff all thrive. This is a role for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur leads with purpose and takes real ownership of their campus.

What youll do as Brightmont Campus Director:

• Build partnerships with local professionals and educators to advance shared goals for student success.
• Guide parents through our personalized academic programs and recommend solutions that fit their childs needs.
• Foster a professional productive and positive culture for students families and staff.
• Track and celebrate each students academic progress while ensuring families feel informed and valued.

What Youll Bring:

• Experience in student admissions or enrollment management
• An entrepreneurial mindset - you take full control of your campus and lead with initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills - youre comfortable navigating new challenges and finding the right path forward.
• Excellent time management - you know how to prioritize delegate and ensure everything gets done without doing it all yourself.
• Bachelors Degree required Masters preferred
