Position Overview:
A growing service-based operations company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of HR functions across a workforce of 130 employees. This is a hands-on independent role focused on strengthening recruitment ensuring compliance improving internal processes and driving accountability across the organization.

Strong confident HR leader who can operate independently
Experienced in compliance employee relations and workforce management
Proven ability to recruit effectively and reduce turnover
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
Comfortable enforcing policies and addressing issues professionally
Organized process-driven and solutions-oriented
Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems (required)
Key Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing interviewing and onboarding
Conduct reference checks and ensure quality hiring decisions
Oversee employee relations write-ups and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws policies and regulations
Monitor attendance timekeeping and payroll accuracy
Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and systems
Maintain HR documentation policies and employee records
Promote accountability and professionalism across the workforce
Qualifications & Must-Haves:
3 years of HR experience in a hands-on operational role
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations
Proven recruitment experience (high-volume preferred)
Ability to work independently and take full ownership
Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Spanish speaking highly preferred
