Reporting directly to the Senior Director CIO the Senior Business Systems Manager Oracle is a strategic technology leader responsible for the governance implementation optimization and support of the organizations Oracle ERP ecosystem. This role combines deep Oracle functional and technical expertise with strong people leadership financial stewardship and innovation capabilities.
A successful candidate will lead large-scale Oracle initiatives manage budgets develop a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement aligned with the companys long-term strategic goals.
This position is part of the Information Technology teamlocatedin Grand Rapids Michigan and will be hybrid.
IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:
- Define and execute the Oracle systems roadmap aligned with corporate strategicobjectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into scalable Oracle solutions.
- Drive modernization initiatives including Oracle Cloud transformation automation and platform optimization.
- Establish governance models for release management change control and enhancement prioritization.
- Champion innovation through digital transformation analytics enablement and process redesign.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle implementations
- Manage system design configuration data migration integrations testing and deployment.
- Drive business process reengineering aligned with Oracle best practices.
- Oversee third-party vendors system integrators and consulting partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Manage post-implementation stabilization and transition to support.
- Oversee Oracle application support.
- Ensure SLA adherence and incident/problem resolution governance.
- Lead problem solving and performance optimization initiatives.
- Manage patching upgrades quarterly cloud releases and system enhancements.
- Drive automation and process improvements within support operations.
- Lead mentor and develop Oracle functional and technical teams.
- Define performance metrics and development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee integrations between Oracle and third-party systems (CRM data warehouse etc.).
- Ensure data governance reporting accuracy and master data integrity.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity teams.
- Manage Oracle licensing contracts and vendor negotiations.
- Assist CIO in development and management of budgets (CAPEX and OPEX).
YOU WILL HAVE THESE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or related field (Masterspreferred).
- 10 years of experience working with Oracle applications (EBS and/or Oracle Cloud).
- 5 years in a leadership role managing Oracle teams and enterprise programs.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple full-cycle Oracle implementations.
- Experience managing large-scale project budgets and financial oversight.
- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX audit controls).
- Strong understanding of IT support models and enterprise architecture.
- Ability to travel for global deployment and support.
- Keen attention to detail; solid organizational and time management skills.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $130000 - $150000 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
