Your Mission

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your mission is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing revenue recognition and collection processes while maintaining compliance with accounting and tax regulations. You will support financial accuracy optimize cash flow and contribute to efficient closing and audit activities through strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What Youll Be Doing

• Manage invoice issuance returns reversals and credit notes ensuring correct accounting treatment.

• Maintain customer invoicing records and track daily invoicing activities.

• Reconcile customer accounts output VAT and intercompany/supplier invoices.

• Perform manual postings MIRO entries and supplier account reconciliations.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding and overdue invoices.

• Verify invoicing data against revenue cost and operational information.

• Handle customs-related invoices duty postings and supporting documentation.

• Maintain customer master data and outstanding payable tracking lists.

• Provide documentation for external auditors and support month-end closing.

• Liaise with banks auditors customers and internal stakeholders.

• Support system integration process improvements and digitalization initiatives.

• Assist with customer audits and handle ad hoc finance-related tasks.

What you bring

• Bachelor degree or above majored in accounting or economies

• Familiar with Microsoft offices and

• 1-3 years in Accounts Receivable is preferred;

• Knowledge in Spain Accounts and tax laws; familiar with SAP system is preferred;

• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English fair in Chinese is a plus;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Strong sense of responsibility.
