Job Summary
Title: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $1000 $1200 USD/month plus a 515% annual performance bonus based on company goals
Schedule: Full-time; TuesdaySaturday or SundayThursday (one weekend day required for coverage) with flexibility during training. Typical hours align with 8:00 AM 4:00 PM PH time.
Role Overview
Were seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our growing operations team in the Philippines. This is a back-office role focused primarily on receipt processing and customer support while also assisting with administrative and strategic projects as assigned. This is a junior-friendly role with growth opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process consumer rebate submissions reviewing receipts and authorizing payouts (50% of role)
- Provide backend customer support and general administrative assistance to the operations and sales teams
- Contribute to strategic projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned (50% of role) including:
- Data entry and research
- Presentation creation using GenSpark
- Canva design tasks
- Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with the PH team to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company standards
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in customer service operations or administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with Excel G Suite Canva and AI/automation tools (ChatGPT GenSpark etc.)
- Experience relevant to fraud detection and receipt/image review is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities
- Self-starter who can collaborate effectively with a remote team
