With strong conceptual skills a sharp eye for detail and the ability to lead creative projects you will be a key pillar in ensuring that all marketing team creative outputs align with the agencys vision and brand.
You thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment and are adept at managing multiple projects and creative processes simultaneously. Note this role is not responsible for client work the position is to lead the creative direction of the agency marketing team and will be responsible for overseeing creative to drive awareness of the agency work for example social posts and video (LinkedIn YouTube Instagram) whitepapers reports speaker presentations award entry videos and entry pdfs.
The Role As a Senior Global Marketing Designer you will work closely with the Global Head of Marketing to execute creatives and support marketing collaterals for the agency. This involves leading and executing creative concepts across multiple markets for the agency marketing team guiding a team of designers to ensure that the agency marketing collateral maintains a high standard of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Lead concept development and visual storytelling ensuring alignment with project and agency objectives.
- Ideation & Conceptualization: Drive ideation processes fostering innovative thinking across the marketing team and ensuring ideas are both creatively and strategically sound.
- Design Execution: Oversee the creation of static and motion-based assets ensuring top-tier quality and adherence to agency brand guidelines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders including; content marketers global marketing designers and marketing leads and account teams to develop and execute compelling creative for marketing campaigns such as award entries social posts video etc.
- Mentorship & Development: Guide and mentor a small team of marketing designers fostering a culture of growth innovation and excellence.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery seamless execution and high-quality output.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends new design techniques and emerging technologies to keep our creative output innovative and fresh.
- Global Coordination: Collaborate with teams in different regions and accommodate meetings across various time zones when necessary.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in a creative role with at least 1-2 years in a Senior Design capacity experience of internal marketing design or brand design experience is a plus.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro).
- Experience working across digital formats (eg social media video) plus creative for events (presentations merch standies etc) and brand campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage mentor and inspire a small team of designers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects with varied deadlines.
- Experience in working with content marketing managers or content producers account teams and external vendors to bring creative visions to life.
- Flexibility to accommodate meetings across different time zones as required.
