WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

The Liquor Co. 1977is hiring aCustomerService Representative(CSR) for our WilkinsonLiquor Storelocated at 4144 Wilkinson Road Victoria BC V8Z 5A7. We have a part-time role offering 8 - 16hrs per week. Our ideal candidatewill have availability Friday through Sunday evenings a must!

Applicants must be 19years of age.

We are a people first business with a strong focus on ourcustomer and member needs. We are looking for a like-minded individual to joinour dedicated team. We want someone who:

Enjoys creating positive customer experiencesand goes above and beyond in service delivery

Has at least 1 year of experience in the liquorindustry and 2 years working in customer-facing roles

Has strong cash handling skills and the abilityto process transactions efficiently

Is knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages andis comfortable recommending products

Values safety integrity and teamwork and is arole model for both colleagues and customers

Is physically capable of standing for extendedperiods and handling products up to 50 lb.

Has acurrent Serving It Right certificate (required in advance of starting)

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Besides working with the best group of teammates andfantastic customers youll be stocking the store processing tilltransactions and generally ensuring our customers & members are taken careof and the location is clean and safe.
