Health Account Executive
Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Account Executive to drive new business within the healthcare sector. This role is focused on identifying engaging and winning high-value opportunities while building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a disciplined insight-driven approach to sales thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing complex sales cycles. While experience with RFPs is important this role is centered on proactive business development and strategic selling.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth by identifying engaging and closing opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
- Develop and execute account strategies to support long-term growth and expansion
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients identifying opportunities early in the buying cycle
- Leverage AI-driven tools and digital platforms to enhance prospecting and engagement
- Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting using HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions
- Create compelling proposals and value propositions (RFP and non-RFP)
- Monitor industry trends policy changes and buyer behavior to inform strategy and identify opportunities
- Provide regular updates on pipeline performance risks and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing healthcare administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 710 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management
- Proven success managing complex long sales cycles with senior-level stakeholders
- Strong consultative and strategic selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Experience developing client-focused proposals aligned to the buying journey
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools for prospecting and engagement
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the healthcare sector is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Compensation:
$110000 $130000 performance-based incentives/commission (commensurate with experience)
