Job Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Account Executive to drive new business within the healthcare sector. This role is focused on identifying engaging and winning high-value opportunities while building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a disciplined insight-driven approach to sales thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing complex sales cycles. While experience with RFPs is important this role is centered on proactive business development and strategic selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth by identifying engaging and closing opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
  • Develop and execute account strategies to support long-term growth and expansion
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients identifying opportunities early in the buying cycle
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and digital platforms to enhance prospecting and engagement
  • Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting using HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Create compelling proposals and value propositions (RFP and non-RFP)
  • Monitor industry trends policy changes and buyer behavior to inform strategy and identify opportunities
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline performance risks and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing healthcare administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 710 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management
  • Proven success managing complex long sales cycles with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Experience developing client-focused proposals aligned to the buying journey
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools for prospecting and engagement
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is considered an asset
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
  • Strong sense of accountability initiative and adaptability

Compensation:


$110000 $130000 performance-based incentives/commission (commensurate with experience)
