Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Customer Service team as a Temporary Customer Service Representative I.Asa Temporary CustomerServiceRepresentative I you will be the first point of contact for our customers playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and fostering brand loyalty. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries processing orders and ensuringaccuratedocumentationin accordance withestablished procedures. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs while embodyingTriLinksmission and values. This is an entry-level role designed to builda strong foundationfor growth within the Customer Service team.

How you will make an impact:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers addressing inquiries via phone email or other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process customer orders quotes and requests accurately andin a timely mannerusing ERP and CRM systems.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented thoroughly andalignwith established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with internal departments includingSalesandShipping to meet customer scheduling and delivery expectations.
  • Resolve customer complaints by gathering relevant information and escalating complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor as needed.
  • Assistinmaintainingand updating customeraccounts ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Providebasicproduct information answer routine questions and offer support on order tracking and shipping inquiries.
  • Support team training initiatives by contributing feedback andparticipatingin process improvement discussions.
  • UpholdMaravaismission and valuesdemonstratinga commitment to creating positive customer experiences.

The skills and experience that you will bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role ideally in a manufacturing or life sciences environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. Oracle/NetSuite Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks independently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basicproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidates skills experience and other qualifications as well as the location of the role.
