Job Summary
Position Summary
The Analyst Product & Platform Management supports the execution and coordination of product and platform initiatives across the organizations technology ecosystem. This role works across multiple platforms and partners with product managers platform owners operations teams and business stakeholders to provide analysis coordination and insight that supports effective prioritization sequencing and analyst focuses on cross-platform initiatives dependencies and performance trends to help ensure products and platforms evolve in a coordinated and scalable manner.
This role is located in St. Louis MO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support product and platform owners with cross-platform roadmap tracking initiative status and dependency visibility.
- Analyze platform performance usage and adoption trends across multiple platforms.
- Identify cross-platform dependencies risks and sequencing considerations and surface them proactively.
- Assist with intake evaluation and prioritization of initiatives and enhancement requests across platforms.
- Prepare reports summaries and presentations for leadership working groups and governance forums.
- Coordinate with platform managers operations leaders vendors and technology teams on cross-platform initiatives.
- Support integration migration and rollout efforts that span multiple platforms or firms.
- Help standardize documentation metrics and status reporting across platforms.
- Maintain cross-platform documentation and artifacts to support transparency and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years of experience in product management platform operations business analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information across platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $70000-$110000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience subject matter expertise geographic location where work will be performed and the applicants skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical dental vision life insurance and 401(k).
